Addendum FULFILLMENT: No prorated monthly rents are permitted. In the event Tenant(s) does not fulfill the term of this lease, Tenant(s) shall forfeit all remaining deposits or fees paid to date, and agree to payment of the re-letting fee of six month's rental or $360.00 plus a $100 set up and delivery fee. ____ Initial The washer and dryer are upgrades to your residence that carries special and separate responsibilities from any other appliances in your residence. With their use, you agree to be fully responsible for all maintenance and/or damages as follows:
1) All maintenance and servicing of both units as necessary including:
a) Proper cleaning of dryer filter after each use.
b) Routine inspection of all water hose connections and drain.
c) Routine inspection of dryer vent connection.
Any damage to the pumps, filters or electrical services is the responsibility of the tenant. Overloading of the washer or dryer will cause excessive wear and possible failures of the pumps or motors. Please use small loads to prevent possible damage.
Fees listed are total for Washer & Dryer delivered and installed: Rent and description for said washer and dryer shall be as listed below, due on or before the first (1st) day of the each month. Each Tenant shall be jointly and individually responsible for the entire rent. Rental payments are to be made payable to Landlord as follows: SkyMax Rentals, PO Box 1298, Goodlettsville, TN 37070. Landlord does not collect rent in person.
A maintenance warranty fee is also available for an additional $10.00 per month which covers repairs to pumps and electrical. If tenant refuses maintenance warranty, all maintenance costs, including service calls, are the full responsibility of the tenant.
